To pay by childcare vouchers, please contact us to receive the voucher registration code we have with the providers.
On the booking form, we ask you to complete the booking as you would normally. Add all weeks to the cart that you require. If you wish to add a second child you can do this at the bottom of the page on checkout (ensure you have two products in the cart for this).
Please add in the notes section you are wishing to pay via childcare vouchers.
Please then select ‘Purchase’ and you will be taken to a card payment page. At this point cancel the purchase. You will not be charged at all, but crucially, we will have all the information sent to us, regarding bookings, emergency contact details and medical information.
Then contact your provider and make payment through their website. We will be sent a payment confirmation from the provider linking the payment to your product.
